SHIPPING POLICY:

Stryker Enterprises LLC ships only within the United States. We will not ship or bill orders internationally. Shipping costs are based on your order total and will be calculated during checkout. If an item is listed on our web site and can be added to the shopping cart it will typically be in stock. However, if you do not see a specific item, color, etc. please check back. In stock items will usually ship within 3-5 business days or less, but shipping times may increase due to market conditions. After you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining specifics of the order. When an order ships an order shipment email with tracking info will also be sent to the email address provided by you during the checkout process. We may call you to verify your credit card information on a large purchase. Understand that we do this for your protection. All orders are shipped with signature required. All BATFE Regulated items are shipped Adult Signature Required - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. Stryker Enterprises LLC will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages due to incorrect information being provided during the checkout process or because of an error on the shipping company's part. Tracking information is provided on ALL orders upon shipping.

Stryker Enterprises LLC does ship to USPS PO boxes so long as the physical address of the postal facility is provided when the order is placed. Any address correction required, due to an error by the customer will incur a $10 administrative fee.

WARRANTY:

Stryker Enterprises LLC branded products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty and surface finish wear through use is not warrantied. Stryker Enterprises LLC is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages), caused directly or indirectly by the products listed on the receipt. Some states do not allow limitations or implied warranties (such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions many not apply to you. In addition, you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Stryker Enterprises LLC is not a warranty repair station for any brands being offered for sale on the Stryker Enterprises web site, aside from Stryker Enterprises LLC branded products. If you have a warranty issue with a product that is not manufactured by Stryker Enterprises LLC, please contact the respective manufacturer directly.

PRE-ORDERS:

Stryker Enterprises LLC will offer the option to pre-order products when they are nearing release. This allows all customers to guarantee that they will receive the product upon it's initial distribution by paying in advance. Any cancellations of pre-orders will be subject to a 20% administrative fee.

BACKORDERED ITEMS:

Customers are permitted to backorder item(s) not manufactured by Stryker Enterprises during the checkout process with the expressed understanding that Stryker Enterprises cannot provide a time table as to when the backordered item(s) will be delivered and ship. This policy does not apply to products manufactured by Stryker Enterprises LLC which carry the Stryker Enterprises brand name. Cancellation of backordered items not manufactured by Stryker Enterprises will be subject to a 20% administrative fee based on the price of the item at time of checkout.

INSTALLATION SERVICES:

Stryker Enterprises LLC cannot accept customer supplied parts for installation on or in SE LLC manufactured components, weapons, or accessories.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Stryker Enterprises LLC will special order items that are not listed on the website at the customer's request at no extra cost. All special orders are required to be paid in full at the time the order is placed by the customer. The customer agrees that by placing a special order, there is no set delivery date and understands SE LLC has no control over third party delivery schedule on a given product. Any cancellations of special orders will be subject to a 20% administrative fee.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS:

If an existing order needs to be changed due to an error by the customer a $25.00 administrative fee will be charged to make all requested changes. If there is a price difference the order will need to be canceled and a new order will be required to be placed, subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

CANCELLATIONS:

All order cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

RETURNS POLICY:

Stryker Enterprises LLC branded products that have not been used (must be in new, unopened condition as shipped to you) may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. To return a Stryker Enterprises LLC product, please call Stryker Enterprises LLC for a return goods authorization number. Please include original packing slip and circle the item(s) that you are returning and write the RGA number legibly on the packing slip, as well as the outside of the carton. We will only credit the card used to place the order, less restocking fees and shipping charges. Any Stryker Enterprises LLC product that shows signs of use will not be accepted for return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack and seal your return securely, to ensure the return is not damaged during transit. REFUNDS:

Any orders that receive a refund, the administrative fee applies to the product(s) as well as shipping and tax if applicable.

PRIVACY POLICY:

When purchasing from Stryker Enterprises LLC, we use the information you provide to process your order. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order and may need to contact you by phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have questions about your order. We respect your privacy and will not sell or rent your information to third parties or market to you without your permission. For your convenience, we use cookies that help us recognize you for future orders. The cookie will remember your system, access level and preferences, and it is not used to record any personal information. They are encrypted and cannot be read by any other web page. The cookie itself actually contains no personal information. Stryker Enterprises does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties or market to you without your permission.

SECURITY:

Stryker Enterprises LLC uses the industry standard for Internet security, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption to scramble your personal and credit card information as it travels over the Internet during the checkout process. This encryption makes it impossible for anyone to read your information in transit. We protect all of your personal information, including your name, address, password and credit card information.

ITAR:

Export from the United States of Stryker Enterprises LLC products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) (22 C.F.R. 120-130), or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) (15 C.F.R. 730-774). Furthermore, United States law prohibits the sale, transfer or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is your responsibility to be aware of these lists and the items identified thereon. You certify, by proceeding with this or any transaction with Stryker Enterprises LLC, that you will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of Stryker Enterprises LLC products to any restricted parties or destinations. You further certify, by proceeding with any transaction to purchase any items from Stryker Enterprises LLC, that you will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies. Stryker Enterprises LLC reserves the right to inquire into the end user, end use, and country of ultimate destination of any product that it sells to you or anyone else.

MAGAZINE SALES POLICY:

Stryker Enterprises LLC complies with all Federal, State, and Local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearm ammunition feeding devices. The following is a current list of restrictions that will include, in some cases, additional policies set forth by Stryker Enterprises LLC. It is also your responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products Stryker Enterprises LLC offers for sale.

Any orders placed that are in violation of your local and/or state laws will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. CALIFORNIA: No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity.

COLORADO: No sales of magazines exceeding 15rds capacity.

CONNECTICUT: No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity. A legible copy of state issued identification and one of the following is required to purchase magazines of 10rd capacity or less: A valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver OR A valid CT long gun eligibility certificate OR A valid CT ammunition certificate

HAWAII: No sales, PERIOD.

ILLINOIS: No sales of magazines exceeding 15rds capacity to the City of Aurora. No sales of magazines to the City of Chicago. No sales of magazines exceeding 16rds capacity to the Village of Franklin Park. No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity to the Village of Oak Park. No sales of magazines exceeding 35rds capacity to the Village of Riverdale.

MASSACHUSETTS: No sales of high capacity magazines exceeding 10rds manufactured on or after 09/14/1994.

MARYLAND: No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity.

NEW JERSEY: No sales of magazines exceeding 15rds capacity.

NEW YORK: No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity.

OHIO: No sales of magazines exceeding 30rds capacity.

WASHINGTON DC: No Sales, PERIOD.

FIREARMS & NFA POLICIES:

TITLE 1 FIREARMS SALES: Stryker Enterprises will only ship to FFL holders. A current copy of your FFL must be on file prior to shipping. Visit our main site to upload your FFL.

NFA SALES:

Individual ownership:

If you meet the following criteria:

You are a legal U.S. resident, 21 years of age or older, a non-felon, and live in one of the 39 states that allow private ownership of suppressors - see green states on map.

Individual ownership of sound suppressors is illegal in the following states: CA, DE, HI, IA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, RI, VT, D.C.

Next step:

1. Decide on which sound suppressor suits your application. 

2. Complete the transaction easily through the checkout process. 

3. Locate a Class III dealer in your state. If you need assistance, please email SE LLC your zip code and we will assist you in finding a local Class 3 dealer to ship your sound suppressor to. 

4. Once a local Class 3 dealer has been chosen, SE LLC will file the form 3 and ship your suppressor to your local Class 3 dealer upon approval from BATFE NFA Branch.

Stryker Enterprises LLC has pdf files of the Form 4 and Certificate Of Compliance (Citizenship Certification) available for you to fill out on our main site located at https://strykerenterprises.com/nfa-forms/

After your suppressor arrives at your local Class 3 dealer, complete the following:

Form 4 (in duplicate)

Certificate Of Compliance (One form is all that is needed)

Get fingerprinted (FBI Form FD-258) 2 fingerprint cards are required. 

Include TWO 2"X2" photographs of your face. Commonly referred to as a passport photo. 

A $200 check made payable to: Bureau Of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms And Explosives.

When you receive a copy of the approved Form 4 in the mail with the tax stamp affixed, go to your local Class 3 dealer and pick up your suppressor and enjoy!
